As for #1: 
The first arpeggio is an Abmaj7.

or whatever shape works... 

The next arpeggio is the notes Bb Ab Eb Db. 
I'd think of it as a chord built up in fourths from Bb. 
So you can play it on guitar by barring the 6th fret and strumming the E-A-D-G strings.
